Sports therapist working with athletes from many different sports and also non sports related therapy work.Have competed in triathlon for the last 11 years from sprint distance to half ironman distance and  as a successful age grouper now in 50-54 category having won several UK races at age category. Have competed for GB at age group championships in both in World and European events.
